I don’t think I posted an action shot of the triathlon …
Well this is me, saying Hi to Emme with about a mile to go. I was so excited about seeing her. She ran with me for about 50 yards and it was the highlight of the whole day.
At this point, I was pretty damn high on endorphins. I was excited to be almost done but also a little annoyed to have saved so much energy. I wish I had left more on the course.
Live and learn. And run in Superman socks …
